Operation PAVE is Paralyzed Veterans of America’s (PVA) premier employment program for veterans, spouses and caregivers. Paving Access for Veterans Employment (PAVE) serves veteran families across the country and provides comprehensive vocational counseling and job placement assistance utilizing customized job search strategies. PAVE assists with polishing interview techniques, identifying educational pathways to improve employability, and facilitating connections with potential employers who have shown a commitment to hiring veterans. These potential employers provide ongoing support and training for successful hiring and retention programs.
