I am the Founder and Executive Director of, “Global Freedom Group” a 501c3 aligned with UNSR 1325 and whose mission is to empower women to lead extraordinarily in public decision-making spaces to bridge the gap between policy makers and women constituents.

I am joining the Cavalry to amplify the voices of countless women veterans and family members to increase accessibility to family planning resources and sexual reproductive care.

How the military experience affected Cindy’s personal growth:

It taught me how to write, interpret and effectively advocate for policies and remove barriers between policy and people.

IAVA’s priority, “Access to Reproductive Care” is near and dear to my heart as someone who has navigated secondary infertility and is a national security expert, I have lived through the intersection and impacts of how access to reproductive care impacts our nations readiness, military families and the critical need for a national child care framework to properly address this priority.
