On November 17th, 2020, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) hosted part one of its thirteenth annual Heroes Gala virtually held through Facebook Live and honored award recipients for their commitment to empowering veterans across America. Colonel Nicole Malachowski (USAF, Retired) received the Veteran Leadership Award on Tuesday, November 17th.
