Read: RRRP Weekly Report June 16, 2017
In 2012, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America saw a need to create a safety net for transitioning veterans to connect them to the extensive, but often fragmented, network of support systems and resources available to them. The Rapid Response Referral Team has connected over 7,800 veterans to more than 9,100 resources. Unfortunately, the needs of today’s veterans remain high.
RRRP client quote of the week:
“[VTM] , [POC] called me and said she is going to pay [$$$] of the remaining balance. So with Semper Fi paying [$$$] on the first, I will pay the remaining [$$$] and pick my truck up. I appreciate all the hard work and effort you have given me and my kids. Is there anything I could do for you and the organization to pay it forward? I’d love to work with vets and spread my knowledge and experience with them”
