Trends:
RRRP processed 6 new cases this week and provided 18 new referrals for clients. Financial assistance, employment, and suicide and mental health needs were the top areas clients sought support and assistance with. RRRP served two new clients facing homelessness and also received inquiries for employment support and assistance navigating the VA disability claims process. RRRP’s average customer service rating went up last week and clients continue to report a reduction in stress after working with RRRP’s Veteran Transition Managers.

Referral Partner Highlight: Operation Mend
Operation Mend provides surgical and medical treatment and launched an intensive inpatient treatment program for veterans struggling with PTSD and TBI in 2016. This program is designed to heal the hidden wounds of war by providing support, education, healing, and wellness. Operation Mend is a trusted partner of RRRP and demonstrates the highest level of military cultural competencies, provides cutting-edge treatment, and are a best-in-class resource, approaching treatment holistically from start to finish. RRRP has worked closely with Operation Mend since 2014 and has referred 22 veterans to this exceptional program.
