On March 27, 2014, IAVA planted 1,892 flags on the National Mall, one for every veteran that has committed suicide since the beginning of the year. We also held a press conference with Senator Walsh of Montana to announce historic legislation aimed at reversing the trend of 22 veteran suicides per day. Watch below:
