Throughout Memorial Day weekend, IAVA members participated in events across the country. From the National Reading of the Names of Fallen Post-9/11 Veterans on Saturday to Arlington National Cemetery and the USS Intrepid on Monday, there was large presence of IAVA members and supporters on the ground honoring the brave women and men who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

There were also thousands of Americans who participated in our #GoSilent program. At 12:01pm EDT on Memorial Day, we encouraged all Americans to take 60 seconds and remember what the holiday is all about.
