With the alarming news that an estimated 22 veterans end their lives by suicide every day, IAVA has launched a national effort to start to reverse this trend. The “We’ve Got Your Back: IAVA’s Campaign to Combat Suicide” is designed to raise awareness of the veteran suicide issue and push Congress and the President to take definitive action to begin to solve the problems that are leaving so many vets without the mental health care they need.
