New Features, Functionality Modernize Org’s Advocacy and Consolidated Care

New York, NY – Today, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) is excited to announce the launch of its new website. As the leading advocate for post-9/11 veterans, IAVA.org will allow veterans to better connect with each other, influence IAVA’s impact on a national level, and provide swift and seamless access to resources and support through the Quick Reaction Force (QRF), IAVA’s 24/7 consolidated-care program.

“IAVA has been a digital home to the post 9/11 veteran community and IAVA.org has been at the epicenter of that experience for over 15 years” said Sean Ullman, COO of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America. “We are excited to launch our new website which will help veterans and their civilian allies better navigate our work to more easily find the resources they need, connect and build camaraderie together, seek assistance when needed and unite through a single voice to create meaningful and positive national change.”

“This new website comes at a time when veterans need our programs more than they ever have,” Ullman continued. “COVID-19 left many veterans with no other place to turn and our newly relaunched Quick Reaction Force is live on the site and standing by to help 24 hours a day no matter the challenge.”

Relying on a peer-to-peer network and powered by retooled digital solutions, QRF is designed to provide immediate support to veterans and their families. The program is free, anonymous, and operates 24/7/365. Veterans can reach out to QRF by calling 855-91RAPID (855-917-2743) or going online to http://www.quickreactionforce.org/
