IAVA Partners with Leidos to Provide Employment Opportunities for the Veteran Community

New York, NY – Today, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) announces partnership with Leidos to increase access and improve employment opportunities and outcomes for servicemembers, veterans and military spouses.
Leidos is a Fortune 500® technology, engineering, and science solutions and services leader working to solve the world’s toughest challenges in the defense, intelligence, civil, and health markets. The company’s 43,000 employees support vital missions for government and commercial customers. Of particular relevance to IAVA’s membership is Leidos’ official Military Veteran Program, Operation MVP. Through this program, Leidos partners with military transition centers, military associations, and veteran organizations in an effort to identify and hire transitioning servicemembers, veterans, and military spouses. Leidos is a recognized industry leader for veteran and military spouse candidates, and the company continues to increase its efforts to hire qualified military veterans and spouses. With a workforce comprised of over 8,500 veterans and military spouses, Leidos has proven expertise in supporting veterans and spouses through their transition.
Together, IAVA and Leidos will reach more individuals in the military and veteran community who are seeking employment opportunities and support. This partnership will include seamless access to Leidos career programs through the Quick Reaction Force (QRF), IAVA’s signature comprehensive care management program, which addresses a wide variety of veteran needs, including employment.
