“Smoking has been a battle of mine for a long time and there aren’t that many resources out there to help with harm reduction. Ultimately I of course would like to quit smoking entirely, but that’s not realistic for me right now. QRF uniquely understands that for some of us, quitting isn’t an immediate or achievable goal.
