On August 4th, IAVA Member Veterans participated in a special Hudson Union Society [2] forum in New York City with former Commander in Chief of U.S. Central Command General Anthony Zinni [3]. At the forum, General Zinni, a retired four-star General in the United States Marine Corps, discussed the dangers of terrorism, the realities on the ground in Iraq and Afghanistan, and challenges to U.S. military strategy abroad.
