PBS NewsHour: Condolence Letter Policy Shift Opens Conversation on Military Suicides

On July 5th, the White House announced that President Obama will now send condolences to families of troops who commit suicide in combat zones. PBS NewsHour's Jeffrey Brown talked to IAVA Executive Director Paul Rieckhoff about the the policy change and ongoing concerns over military suicides.
