KFOX-14: New Veteran Unemployment Hits Record High

IAVA's Legislative Associate Tim Embree spoke to KFOX-14 in El Paso to highlight the urgency of the unemployment crisis facing veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan.  In January, the jobless rate amongst Iraq and Afghanistan-era veterans climbed to 15.2 percent- up from just 11.7 percent in December- as the national rate declined.
