Victory presence to include motorcycling celebrities, new models, demo rides, custom bikes revealed, performance demonstrations and special owners events
MINNEAPOLIS, MN (August 8, 2016) — Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) is proud to partner with Victory Motorcycles® at the 76th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, August 8-14. IAVA, with the support of Victory Motorcycles, will host a VetTogether at the South Dakota Air & Space Museum. IAVA member leaders John Veon and Thomas Hampton will be present at Sturgis to promote camaraderie between veterans and their supporters and help represent the iconic Victory brand.
“The partnership between Victory and IAVA is a natural fit — more than 30 percent of Victory bike owners are active duty military or veterans and our brands represent this dynamic new generation of veterans who are looking for innovation,” said Allison Jaslow, IAVA Chief of Staff. “Together, IAVA and Victory are racking up miles coast to coast toward our shared goal of highlighting the contributions and sacrifices of our service men and women.”
“Everybody knows that the Black Hills motorcycle rally in Sturgis is the biggest party in the world,” says Victory Motorcycles General Manager Rod Krois. “This year we are proud to deliver all the performance and excitement that Victory motorcycles deliver to our customers every day, and we invite all riders to experience modern American muscle for themselves.”
