One-on-One Support (RRRP)

“My case manager was wonderful, she cared about our problem and was very helpful. I had a call back from her in just hours after our online inquiry. Within a week I was talking to the person I really needed to get to. Thank you so very much.”

RRRP connects veterans with the resources they need to meet their goals.

IAVA’s Rapid Response Referral Program (RRRP) is IAVA’s one-on-one case management and referral service program. Since our launch in late 2012, we’ve helped over 8,800 veterans and family members get on track to meeting their goals through connections to quality resources and benefits. Our Veteran Transition Managers understand transition challenges and will work with individuals for as long as it takes to find solutions. They’ve helped veterans use their New GI Bill to pursue an education, find doctors and legal support, access emergency housing and financial assistance, and more. Services are free and confidential, and open to veterans of all eras and their families.

“RRRP provided me with prompt professional support, and walked me through the difficult process of requesting essential service related documents. My transition manager was informed and answered all my questions, she also followed up to ensure my issue was resolved.  I would recommend RRRP to any Veteran or family member that is seeking veteran-specific resources.”
