Iraqi Refugees
The List Project to Resettle Iraqi Allies
Founded by Kirk Johnson, who worked for USAID in Baghdad and Fallujah, the List is compiling the names and whereabouts of Iraqis who worked alongside American forces in Iraq. The List Project partners with the law firms of Holland & Knight and Proskauer Rose in an unprecedented effort to provide pro bono legal services for hundreds of our Iraqi allies now seeking refuge in the United States.
Human Rights First: Lifeline for Iraqi Refugees
Human Rights First is working to secure a comprehensive response to the Iraqi refugee crisis. They are asking the United States to bring some of the most vulnerable refugees to safety through a major resettlement initiative and to lead the international community in providing aid for refugees and those displaced within Iraq.
