"A Soldier's Story: War Affects Whole Family"

The comments for this story may be the most instructive. One writes in with an even more tragic story of an opportunity missed and a son lost - the other would seem to attack the subject with a calloused questioning of the type of service performed. Even the the ID of that person - "RA6" sounds like a commander's call sign, but with no indication of whether that person actually knows what they are talking about or where they are from (except that they attack only anonymously) it is hard to judge if they are striking back out of an ideological disagreement or because they are hurting too and haven't come to terms with it yet.
There is a lot of tragedy here, but hope as well - possibly even multiple paths to healing.
