MEET CASEY. Deployed to Iraq from 2003 to 2004, Casey Elder is one of thousands of new veterans heading to college this year on the Post-9/11 GI Bill. A Purple Heart veteran, Casey is pursuing a degree in political science at Montana State University - Billings. Her goal: To give back to the veterans' community as a patient advocate.
