Link up with IAVA in NOLA during Super Bowl week

IAVA has a full slate of events in New Orleans during the week leading up to the Super Bowl. From community service to philanthropy to concerts, IAVA members and supporters will have many ways to get further involved in to the new vet community. We'll continue adding to this list as new events are confirmed. If you're in the area, we hope to see you out there at one or all of them.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

On Wednesday, January 30, IAVA will be working with the St. Bernard Project to rebuild the house of a veteran who is also Hurricane Katrina victim. Super Bowl-winning coach Bill Cowher will be on hand with IAVA Founder and CEO Paul Rieckhoff as IAVA members come together in this community service project. Sign up today!

IAVA will be putting up sheetrock. There will be professional contractors on hand to guide you, so there is no need for prior experience.

What: Finish the rebuild of a Katrina survivor's home with IAVA and the St. Bernard Project

When: Wednesday, January 30th from 8:00am - 5:00pm

Where: Adjacent to Ponchartrain Park, New Orleans, LA 

ENTERTAINMENT

ESPN's SportsNation will be filming in New Orleans all week. IAVA members are invited to watch the live taping of the show Wednesday through Friday at 2:00pm. Also, members who are interested in seeing what goes into the production of the show behind the scenes are invited to work with ESPN for a day. Those that are interested, you must be available from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Longtime IAVA supporter and awesome rocker Queen V will be throwing and performing at a pre-Super Bowl concert - where she has graciously opened the doors for IAVA members and supporters. Sign up to attend now!

Note: Must be 21 to attend

PHILANTHROPY
