IAVA Marching in Chicago

This Saturday, IAVA members and supporters will be marching in the Chicago Welcomes Home the Heroes Parade. There's still time to sign up to join us. The parade will welcome home veterans of Iraq and show our continued support for those still serving in Afghanistan.

There will be a Reception afterwards that will show vets in the Chicago-area what types of resources, benefits and organizations are available to them for their transition from military to civilian life.

In just the last year, IAVA has connected hundreds of veterans with employers through innovative career fairs, helped over 10,000 veterans go to college on the New GI Bill, and provided mental health support to over 50,000 veterans—all at no cost to Member Veterans.
