GI Bill Questions Answered in COV

Got questions on the New GI Bill? IAVA’s Legislative Associate Tim Embree will be answering questions on the Post-9/11 GI Bill this Friday April 8th from 1-1:30 PM EST inside of Community of Veterans.

Ranging from paperwork deadlines and expected pay dates to new VA initiatives, Tim will cover all the bases in his conversation with IAVA members.

As IAVA’s Legislative Associate, Tim works with the legislative team as a liaison to members of Congress, Veterans Service Organizations, and to other government agencies. Tim joined the United States Marine Corps Reserves in 1999 and served two combat tours in Iraq before being honorably discharged in 2007. He is an excellent source of up to date information regarding the New GI Bill and other legislation pertinent to veterans’ issues.
